Our interventions are designed to facilitate development processes in individuals and organizations, rather than providing expert solutions or "quick fixes" to problems.
To have a better understanding of the context, interventions with organizations normally start with interviewing some members of the staff and/or board.
Our style of facilitation is gentle and participative with action learning as its central methodology. Action learning is the process of consciously learning from one’s own experience / actions and those of others in order to improve future practice.
In each process we facilitate, we regard each participant as a unique individual, in a unique process of growth and development.
We see our work as facilitating the innate transformation, renewal and healing power contained in every human being.
We believe that to take on the new, we need to let go of the old. As long as we are trapped by old perceptions and unfinished business, we don't have the energy available to build new visions and dreams. This applies as much to individuals as it does to organizations.
We regard our work as a contribution to the important transformation of our organizations, communities, society and the world. We are committed to the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and with equal opportunities.
